For small interior design studios
The documents you send your client, and the tool behind them.
Budgets, schedules, sourcing boards and concept pinboards. Your client opens a page — not a spreadsheet, not a 40MB PDF — and it is right because it is the same document you work in.
Two to six people
Priced for a studio, not per seat. One price, and $5 for each person after the first.
Residential and hospitality
Built on a real full-floor residence: 124 pieces, thirteen rooms, a budget against a ceiling.
You already have the work
Import a supplier's quote, a spec PDF or a brand sheet and it arrives filled in — you check it, then keep it.
Pinboards
Concept boards that stay editable
Lay out pages on a real canvas — drag, resize, snap. Six named styles do a whole pinboard, so changing one heading changes twenty-four pages. Export a PDF, or send your client the live page.
Sourcing
What you pay is not what they see
Every piece carries a trade price, a markup and a client price. The client's page is built from a payload the trade figure is not in — not hidden by the template, absent from what is sent. There is a test that fails the build if that ever stops being true.
Budget
Read out of the supplier's own PDF
Drop in a quote and the lines come back filled in — element, supplier, amount, the detail underneath. You check it against a diff before anything is written. Approved pieces from the sourcing board come across the same way.
Schedule
Weeks, from real lead times
A timeline your client can read: bars for work that runs, milestones for dates things have to happen by. Drag to move, drag an edge to resize. Built from the lead times each supplier actually gave you.
Tasks
The list that is yours alone
What to chase, who is chasing it, when it is due. Priorities, checklists, attachments. Studio-internal by design — there is no version of this the client can open.
The line that matters
Your client sees a document. You see the business.
Trade prices, markup, internal status and attachments are taken out of the payload before a client's page is built — not styled away, not hidden behind a flag. A check runs on every deploy and fails it if any of them ever crosses.
Client pages sit behind a password you set per project. They update when you save, so there is no second version to send again.
